[T2] brake fluid and ambient temps

A curious thought,
In the summer my brakes do not work as well, but I have noticed that in the
winter they do work better.
Now is the cause that potentially, in the colder air the dot3 brake fluid
has become more dense than in the warm air? And if this is the case, will
it mean that the fluid should be changed?
