[T2] brake fluid and ambient temps

Volkswagen, and most other manufactures for that matter, recommend brake 
fluid be replaced every two years. This is due to moisture retention, and 
contaminant build up, and corrosion prevention. Brake fluid function should 
be the same winter or summer.
