[T2] Time/labor to R&R alternator

agreed - an hour for a type4 alt seems reasonable, even if you've
never seen a type4 before.   totally standard arrangement, just laying
on your back.    might roll it up on ramps for the guy to help him
out.

maybe figure 2 just to be safe.
