let you know if your submission form didn't come through properly. If you have WEB TV,
there has been some reported problems with it and the sign up form. So if your name doesn't
appear before the date on the main page changes, email me and we'll work somethin out. Also, if you see something
you've forgotten, change of e-mail, or you moved states, just go to "EDIT"
above, and follow the instructions. Do not go to Edit to refill out your form
that hasn't been posted yet. If you want to re-do it and it hasn't been
posted, just send in another form.See the FAQ for
