Unfortunately it seems nearly everyone quotes watts/hour for some reason,
spreading confusion. I would guess from those specs that the fridge is
rated at 60 W (so should take no more than this), and takes on average 24 W
to maintain a particular temperature (unspecified) below ambient, assuming
the door isn't opened or anything useful like that.
