[T2] fuel pumps

To check the integrity of the diaphragms on a bunch of stock fuel 
pumps on the shelf, I used a mityvac to draw a vacuum on the input 
and output ports.

Some held on one; some on the other. None held vacuum on both ports.

Can anyone confirm that this is a valid test for fuel pumps? If so, 
then I'll have to toss all of my stash.
