[T2] Hatch torsion rods

Still need some info on replacing a missing torsion rod on the rear 
hatch...

Any pics on the web of what the rod should look like before 
installation?

I've got two used rods to choose from...
One looks like a very elongated oval with the top line removed...In 
other
words, the "U" at each end is a mirror image of the other

The second one has one "U" at the end at a right angle to the other "U"

If the rod is on a flat surface, one "U" is flat against the surface 
but the
other "U" sticks straight up from the surface...

????
