Syd, All the devices you mention could be safely run off of a single stock 8 amp accessory fuse (white) from the original fuse block. So, I would use standard 8 amp fuses if available. If 8 amp fuses are not available for your new fuse holder, use 10 amp. If you want to separate all the gauges, run them through a 5 amp fuse individually. If the fuses fail easily, bump it up in 5 amp increments. Also, if your gauges come with voltage specs, follow them first.
