[T2] Engine hatch hinge nuts/screws and license plate light screws

Information was from a well-worn print copy of the 1973 dated Type 2
Factory Parts Book from my reference library next to my desk.  I could have
probably used my copy of ETKA 7 on this Win7 Pro laptop, but it was quicker
to look it up in the book. ;)
