[T2] I hate electrical problems

well I have a tarp that attaches to the garage and pulls out over the van 
but takes 20-30 minutes to set up and doesn't help a lot when air temps 
are 95F and dew point is in the 70's   all the fans do is blow hot air 
around.
I don't do summers, rarely drive much in this weather either
