[T2] LOCKED OUT tech article- door lock on 71 BAy

I am not only having problems with driver side lock, but I get  
"forbidden access"  on type2.com!

looking for the

while I am here, are there any  good engine rebuilders (71) in  
CENTRAL los Angeles?  - last just retired, previous got the Big C,  
another has no space as surrounded by roadworks.
