[T2] LOCKED OUT tech article- door lock on 71 BAy

NWCR is in Seattle area but there are so few I would trust to rebuild my 
engine that it is worth the shipping.  I'm in Baltimore but had my engine 
rebuilt in Boston.  was worth the shipping
