Thanks for the clarification re:Federal models. Just so I make sure I get
this correctly - VW made two different types of VW buses, either CA or
Federal. The only way to tell the difference is by looking for a sticker in
the engine compartment?

 

I'm wondering - if it is such a big deal, how hard is it for someone to just
pull the sticker off their bus?
