[T2] Squeaky Wiper

My wipers have stopped moving.
They are currently stuck halfway in the arc of travel.
They will move if I activate the wipers and then lightly assist them.
However, there is a god-awful squealing noise coming from underneath the right wiper.

Needless to say, I'm not pleased at being sidelined by wipers.  Any suggestions as to the problem and how easy it is to get in there?

Also, this is a UK-spec RHD-drive bus.
