Saab 900NG / 9-3 seats fit well, I've got a set in my '75.  Bonus: 
leather, heated.

As far as junkyards, I'm about 10 years out of date for the Bay Area.  
When I lived in Sonoma County, I always had better luck at the Pick & 
Pulls in Fairfield & San Jose than I did with the closer-to-home ones in 
Windsor and Richmond...
