[T2] Alternator charging?

Bob, that could be.  I drive about twenty minutes a day, total. 

Jamie, I may not be using a volt meter that can read it detailed enough.  I'm get 13 volts no matter what I do.  Nothing on, head lights only on, start with headlights on,  running, revving engine.  13 volts, continuously.  

I really appreciate all the help.
