[T2] Successful roadside accelerator cable replacement

I drove almost 250miles after cable break with vice grips and a string to 
the front, hand control
FI ran it out the top side of top access hatch to hand grip above window 
then forward and tied it to door handle. (don't forget to remove before 
opening door)
