I saw a page somewhere with good pictures on how to redo the windings on the fuel gauge sender. But on my 74 bus, I just replaced it. I have a nice hatch on the deck for just this purpose. Looks like it belongs there. Full is full, but it 1/2 is not half. Its like it goes down fast, then slower. Looking at the sender, this makes sense, because the float arm in the sender travels in an arc as the fuel level goes down. Scott B 74 Bus
