[T2] Run engine on idle to charge batteries

Of course idling your engine is wear and tear. And at idle oil lubrication
is not ideal. That is why is it suggested to never warm up your engine at
idle, but instead to drive gently until it gets warm. If a solar charger
doesn't meet your needs, what is cheaper, a new engine or a battery
charger? If you camp at hookups, there should be someplace to plug in.
