I found the outwater recommendation in the Type2 Library this morning. http://www.type2.com/library/camper/molding.htm After removing the water tank from the sink/icebox unit, I found the styrofoam block insulation. It was covered with a delaminating panel of 4mm birch plywood. I cut a new panel of the same size to cover up the original panel. And reused the original nails to fasten it down. While I had the saw out, I also cut a similar panel to cover the top of the foam block where no plywood was ever installed. No issues with cutting a new long plywood interior panel which fits below the left side louver window. Just read and follow Dolan's cutting advice, also found in the Type2 Library http://www.type2.com/library/camper/baltic.htm David Kelly suggests Gorilla Glue. This glue suprised me with the need for a very firm clamping force during the cure time. It expands to form a large fillet. So far the Elmer's woodworking glue has been used on this project. Hope it lasts > 10 years. Taking a break now for a pint and some football. Then perhaps glue the linoleum down to the new plywood floor. Making some progress -Jack '73 Westfalia
