[T2] Hydraulic lifters

While there is much opinion on the matter, I prefer solid lifters. I have
seen evidence of cam damage caused by hydraulic lifters. I believe this
damage is the result of 1) wear during cold-start while the lifters are
getting up to pressure. 2) owners with the mistaken belief that hydraulic
lifters means they don't ever have to set their valve lash.
