[T2] brake lights 71 bus troubleshooting

Here is a picture of the Vw Test Network Plug found on a lot of bay window 
buses..

you can put a paper clip from the + terminal,, to the other terminals, not 
the ground tho,, and see what lights up..
the wiring dia shows the terminal numbers for your bus ...
like the tail lights, brake lights , etc

Nothing was marked on the test network thing, but Sir Bently had it
diagrammed.

+ to t10 Right brake light came on
+ to t11 Right brake light also came on

Wiggled the left wire and both brake lights came on in both scenarios.

Pushed brake petal with 2x4 wedged in there= no joy

Humm...

Put a mirror behind the bus to see the brake lights = broken mirror

Tried agian after dark and it looks like things are working again.

I hate electrons.
