[T2] Bus stopped running

Obvious first check: is there a spark?  Yank center wire from 
distributor and hold close to engine ground while someone cranks it- do 
you see sparks that jump to ground, and are they orange (weak) or blue?
If it cranks poorly then you may not have enough juice for a spark.
If spark is good, check fuel pump by disabling spark (remove center wire 
from distr. and yank hose from pump to carb and you should see fuel 
spurt out on cranking.
