Thanks to all for the help.  Got it working.  Had to move each plug wire 90
degrees and was able to time it statically to get it started.  Then timed
it with hose plugged off to 28.  It's a little scary with hose hooked back
on seeing timing up around 40 when all in with both centrifugal and vacuum
combined.
