[T2] Radio, DIN Opening & Rip Van Winkle

On one of my buses I used a file to carefully open the hole up. Smoothed
the edges and it looked factory when I was done. The other one I don't
remember having to do anything. So I was either lucky, or it had been done
previously.

The file work is VERY time consuming. And if you have carpet up front, a
bear to clean up.
