[T2] Electric fuel pump location

Any recommendations on best location for an electric fuel pump on a 73
van.  I appear to have room either on the side of the frame rail or on the
back side of the angled wall behind the seat.  With vibration isolators,
the back of the seat seems easier to through bolt it.  Also should the
pressure regulator be mounted under the van or in engine compartment?  Not
sure if rupture problems are common.

I do also plan on installing cut-out on oil pressure switch.
