[T2] battery light on, no turn signals

On my 74 Baywindow bus, I noticed today that the battery warning light was
on, and that the turn signals stopped working. No clicking from the relay,
no indicator lights or outside turn signal lights.
Headlights work, bus starts fine, runs fine.

Any hints?

I'll be studying the schematic in the Bentley manual this evening...
