[T2] 71 seat replacement/ wiper relay

Will  vanagon seats the 71 runners? if not, how about an early Rabbit  
or later Type 2?  We would like the headrest and bucket comfort.

It finally rained down here in So Cal and I wondered once again if  
there is a relay for the wiper to give an intermittent speed. Now the  
sun is shining ;-(
