While I'm glad Ron & others can make available this eqpt for those who require it, I would like to remark on the good luck of those of us who have the early Bay before decadence set in. My '73 has, and needs, no brake booster. I view it as just something else to go wrong. Just last weekend, I had a 'max stop' on a motorway, and found once again that my Bay stopped fine. I suspect that any more pressure in the brake liquid would only have provoked the rear wheels to lock. When did the factory yield to the feeble-legged and slap in a brake booster? -- Robt Mann Whangaparaoa, New Zealand '73 VW 1600dp Devon camper '53 Meteor V8 various Jawa-CZ and Jawa-NZ strokers
