Probably will need to hold the stud with vicegrips to keep them from threading out of the block when removing though. No worse than dealing with double nuts. Wonder if a guy needs to adapt the VW torque values to take into account the locking nut friction? What would that amount to? 3-4 ft/lbs? Chris in TN
