I put a relay in and it worked fine to start the van, but it wouldn't drop out when I turned off the ignition, there apparently was just enough current from somewhere to keep the relay energized?? I have a cold start relay so wiring to/from front of bus should not be an issue and this has worked fine for quite a few years (replaced relay to check)and in fact the relay I used was a spare cold start relay Bob On Thu, 27 Mar 2014, Mike Benthin wrote: > Date: Thu, 27 Mar 2014 01:05:46 -0400 > From: Mike Benthin <muts at verizon.net> > To: type2 at type2.com > Subject: Re: [T2] Electrical help please > > You are bypassing ignition circuit when using the jumper to coil.
