I've never had to service the wipers when the bus was all together.. just 
when the dash was already out.... it is supposed to come out from under the 
dash fairly easy once you remove the flexible heater ducts...  but I 
understand you can access a lot of the parts easy[ier] if you take out the 
signal lights... that leaves a big hole to reach in thru ...
