Didn't he say he paid extra for the 'guaranteed to never fall out" service? Then the mechanic says prove he said "all" the plugs? This honestly sounds like 'shop owner CYA talk' when the shop is secure in the knowledge that getting help from the legal industry would cost more than the cost of a replacement engine. I really like the part where the driver should have stopped after all the oil dumped, the lite went on and before the engine seized. Sad talk all around, welcome to the 21st century America.
