[T2] Fuel tank hose replacement

In some areas you can just buy a piece of fuel filler hose the correct
inside diameter.  Note that some hose is more flexible than others.  Our
local NAPA used to sell such hose by the inch which made it feasible to
buy, but now wants to sell you a 3 foot stick which makes it quite
expensive.
