Yes, the poptop does wonders for old rotator cuffs. I don't see why the lift kit would not work for Bays- as long as there is a place to screw it to top and frame? The spring within the poptop tubes works when you already have lifted it some distance, helping to straighten the bend and hold it once it goes past 180 deg, asnd to help lower it so it does not fall on your head.. Go to Harbor Freight and check out post jacks- must be a way to adapt it to stay put and then add an extension to touch the roof!
