[T2] Left Tie Rod 72 Type 2

previous owner probably put steering wheel on crooked when he last had it 
off.  if there are no other symptoms or anything suspicious I would just 
pop the steering wheel off,. turn it the appropriate distance and resecure 
it,  10 minute job.
