I have heard that 4% ethanol is all that is needed for pollution reasons and that having more ethanol than that is purely a handout to the ag industry. Yeah it is ironic that the easiest places in the country to find pure gas is right in the middle of corn country. These SOB seem to have enough political clout to have it both ways.
