[T2] Sat and the bus in Baltimore

While cranking, a voltmeter on the + of the coil or what feeds the 
double relay needs a minimum voltage- was it 9?  Anyway, this can be 
ruled out by JUMPING the bus from a running car.  Have you done that, Bob?
