[T2] Low mileage!

Maybe, the reason the mileage is low, is that a 'young kid' bought it in 
that year, drove it about for that mileage, then got shipped off to 
Vietnam..and never returned!  Obviously, there are many more 
'understandable' reasons, but  'what if"?  Base this on a friend of mine 
who went South to 'join up', and never returned, and his 
parents..basically 'gave' away, a '67 Chev 454 4 spd, posi car!
