[T2] Brake fluid adapter

Hi,

 

Not all that long ago, there was a plastic adapter that joined a bottle of
brake fluid to the fluid reservoir, allowing an endless flow of fluid
without the assistance of a second person while bleeding the brakes.  Does
anyone know what that was called or if it is still available (and from
whom)?  I've tried Googling everything term I could think of, to no avail.
