[T2] why won't it start

Bob,

1  What are the figures you got for each cylinder compression?
2  Did you check if you have fuel spraying on both sides?
3  Do you have spark at all the four cylinders?

Now, if those are good, you are close.  If not, then which one you don't 
have?

actually moved em both.   both black wires but wrong terminals

got FI working with that.
