[T2] Brights stuck on

Hi all,

I'm out at a music festival and my bright lights are on, I can't get them
to return to dim :p

They go off when I turn the bus off so it is not a big deal but I dislike
driving at night with them stuck on.

The fuses are ok but it seems pulling up on the stalk doesn't trigger the
relay. Does a new relay sound like the fix? If so, is that just something
you order at Napa? It seems like the relay is behind the instrument panel,
is this a several hour job or fairly painless?

KK is a '71 Westy.
