[T2] Headlight problems

Hi Jamie,
With the engine running, and the lights on, the brake lights, both turn signals, 4 way flashers, and hi-beams do not work.
When I shut off the headlights, the brake lights, both turn signals, the 4 way flashers and the hi-beams do not work.
