[T2] Too much quoted content?

works both ways.
sometimes the bot would spit the messages back time and time again while I 
tried to figure out how to get the person the answer they wanted/needed 
but not make it to criptic.  finally just giving up and no answer ever got 
to the person needing it.

can't have it both ways
