Hello: I thought I got lucky when I was able to install the new window channel I bought just by sliding it in. I was also able to insert the rubber on the backside of the vent window support. Turns out is was too easy. My window was very difficult to roll up, and the channel piece on the top and back side of the door keeps coming out. My window crank (inside) has also now broken. Couple of questions: 1) Is there a trick I am missing, and 2) does the channel get glued in or does one use small screws to secure it to the door frame. Thanks in advance for any help!
