[T2] BOSCH SR17X starter

Two FLAPS did not have any. NAPA (local chain) was out of stock. Amazon
actually had one.

Anyway, it came today but lacks the places on the housing that holds the
upper half moon engine bolt in place to keep it from turning. Anyone run
into this before?
