shock absorbers do not have a significant effect on right height. to adjust height it involves resetting the torsion bars. most buses seem to sit slightly rear low but not significant. I would not adjust the front rather adjust the rear torsion bars. it is much easier and is less likely to affect handling of course before doing anything check to make sure right height actually is off from specs and/or nothing is broken/misadjusted.
