[T2] type 2 server update

Good news.... our family is moving!

Bad news.... the folks buying our house have no interest in keeping the
type2 server online :)

At some point on February 11th, the server will go offline and get shoved
into the back of a car for a haul to our new place in the PNW. Internet
accommodations have already been made for the new connection there.
Unfortunately it means the server will be offline until the 19th.

I'll keep the list posted as status changes.
