[T2] Hiccuping Engine

if something is rattling around in a cyl believe me you will know it, 
inhailed a small alum washer once, never heard so much noise in my life 
while the engine ran normally.

shut engine off, pulled head, lots of small nicks and barely any washer 
left.  engine ran fine for years thereafter..
