[T2] Bus Lift for Maintenance

I drive the bus onto those plastic ramps for the rear, then jack up the 
front with spacers under the bumper (has that body welded tube inside of 
it),  Then add 2 jackstands under the the H-beam and let it down, 
keeping the jack as insurance.  Allows full access under the bus.
